Outpatient Neurology Clinic within a Non-Profit Critical Access Hospital - Schedule:
Flexible outpatient schedule with predictable clinic hours PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE - Patient Demographics:
Adults and Geriatrics; occasional adolescent patients as appropriate - Average Daily Volume / Census:
Steady outpatient neurology demand in a referral-rich region - Consults & Follow-Ups:
Outpatient consults and follow-up care coordinated with primary care and specialty teams - Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas:
General neurology, headache, neuropathy, movement disorders, cognitive disorders, seizure management, and other common neurological conditions FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS - Beds in Department/Unit:
Outpatient department located within a CAH medical campus - EMR System:
Efficient electronic medical record system supporting streamlined clinic workflows - Specialty Backup:
Access to primary care, imaging, pain management, orthopedics, rheumatology, and other specialties - Support Staff:
Dedicated outpatient neurology team, experienced nursing staff, and proactive administrative leadership - Leadership & Reporting Structure:
Reports to Medical Director or Chief Medical Officer - Reason for Opening:
Program growth and expansion of Neurology services CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE - Board

Approximately 6090 days COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS - Base Salary:
Nationally competitive salary with no-cap productivity bonuses - Incentive Bonus Structure:
