Seeking BE/BC OBGYNs to join independent nonprofit health system in eastern Idaho. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a 1-in-4 call model at a rural CAH that prioritizes work‑life balance, financial stability, and professional fulfillment — all within a supportive, patient‑focused environment.
- 1-in-4 Call Schedule – Work one week of combined call and OB clinic every four weeks (7 days total) covering deliveries, ER consultations, and C‑sections. The remaining three weeks will be in a flexible GYN clinic focusing on women’s health services and surgery.
- OB Weeks: 5 days of clinic + 7 days of full call coverage for Labor & Delivery (average 30 deliveries/month)
