Job Title: Social Worker – Adult's Community team
Location: Blackburn
Rate: £30 per hour

In this role, you will advocate for adults to ensure their rights are respected, providing them with emotional support and practical advice to enhance their well-being. You will also safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation through investigation and collaboration with other agencies. Additionally, you will conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for adults in need.

To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you should hold a full UK licence and have post-qualified experience. It's essential to have a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
