Essential Requirements

* Experience supporting adults with complex needs

* Understanding of mental health substance misuse alcohol use and challenging behaviour

* Ability to work in a person centred way

* Good communication and record keeping skills

* Flexibility to work across different shifts

* Right to work in the UK

The Role

* Provide on site support within 24 hour staffed hostel services in Blackburn

* Support adults aged 18 plus with a range of support needs

* Promote independence and support individuals to move on into their own accommodation

* Manage day to day support tasks including engagement safeguarding and basic housing management duties

* Work collaboratively as part of a wider on site team

* Maintain professional boundaries in a mixed gender environment
