Finishing Foreman - New Build Housing

Pay: £19 - £21 an hour

Job Type: Temporary

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the team on a new build housing development. This role is responsible for overseeing the final stages of construction, ensuring all homes are completed to a high standard, on programme, and ready for handover.

• Manage and coordinate all finishing trades on site

• Ensure high-quality finishes in line with drawings, specifications, and company standards

• Snagging, quality checks, and managing defect rectification

• Supervise subcontractors and direct labour

• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times

• Liaise with Site Manager, Project Manager, and subcontractors

• Ensure plots are completed on time for client and NHBC/building control inspections

• Maintain site records and progress reports as required

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing projects

• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and quality standards
