Multi Skilled Joiner

Pay: £21.00 hourly / £32,829 permanent salary + van included

We are working with an organisation based in Blackburn seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join on a temporary to permanent basis.

• Undertake a wide range of responsive maintenance jobs
• Deal with tenants and customer queries
• Respond to emergencies
• Deliver multi skilled tasks where applicable such as tiling, patch plastering, basic plumbing
• Drive vehicle to undertake planned and responsive joinery works

• A qualification in carpentry/joinery such as NVQ level 2 or equivalent work experience
• Capacity to undertake a basic DBS
• Full driving licence (van and PPE provided)
