Van Sales Executive

Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive business, is seeking a dedicated Van Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Rotherham. With a proven track record of growth over the past decade, this company offers a stable and progressive environment for skilled sales professionals in the motor trade. As a Van Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales of new and used vans, contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

• Competitive basic salary of £20,000 with uncapped OTE circa £50,000
• No Sunday working, allowing a healthy work-life balance
• Work only one Saturday every two weeks
• Early finishing at 4:30 pm on alternate weeks

• Selling new and used vans to both private customers and trade clients
• Upselling additional products and finance options to maximise sales revenue
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Managing sales leads and following up to secure conversions
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities
• Negotiating prices and terms effectively
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to company processes
• Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed targets
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process

• Proven automotive sales experience, preferably within van or car sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities
• Motivated and target-driven with a desire to succeed
• Knowledge of the motor trade industry and current market trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence in upselling and closing sales
• Valid driving licence is essential
