We currently have an opportunity for Matchday Retail Managers to join our amazing team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world hasil food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression
What you'll do- To attend pre-match managers briefings, partaking in training required by legislation and the company.
- To monitor staff working practices and assist with the training and development of staff to ensure they are working efficiently and productively with reference to responsibilities and job description of staff.
- Ensuring that all kiosk staff are attentive to guests needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times.
- Dealing with any complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Making sure staff are signed in, fully briefed.
- Always ensure you and your team remain smart and presentable in line with the company’s dress and appearance policy
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to brief a team of people
- Able to lead a large team of staff
- Able to drive sales, performance of individuals and meet customer expectation
- £14 per hour
- Expected to work all home fixtures
- Leading a team
- Must be able to handle alcohol
