Permanent | Blackburn | Hybrid Working

Due to continued success, we’re now looking for an ambitious Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our Commercial division, stepping into a warm, well‑established desk with strong client relationships already in place.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your new role…
  • Managing a temporary commercial recruitment desk, supporting our existing portfolio of high‑quality clients
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver timely, effective recruitment solutions
  • Sourcing, engaging and placing top commercial temp talent across a range of roles
  • Managing the full temp recruitment lifecycle, including candidate availability, bookings, after‑care and compliance
  • Proactively developing new client relationships to grow your desk and increase revenue
Who are we looking for?
  • Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential — we’re more interested in transferable skills such as sales ability, resilience, strong communication and a genuine desire to succeed (full training provided)
  • Someone who enjoys working at pace and is highly organised, with great attention to detail
  • A positive, team‑focused individual who aligns with our values and culture
  • Naturally curious, people‑focused and motivated by delivering excellent customer experiences
