Credit Controller
Hours of Work: 12 hours per week; we are flexible with when you work the 12 hours within a Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (08:00-13:00 on Fridays) office environment.
Responsibilities- Running aged debtor reports and chasing customers for overdue amounts
- Handling customer invoice queries
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
- Reviewing and maintaining payment terms in SAGE
- Conducting customer account reviews, sending reminders, and communicating via phone calls and emails
- Collaborating with a small, friendly finance team
- Good experience with credit control
- Previous experience in a financial role
- Be comfortable making and receiving a high volume of customer calls
- Qualifications may be beneficial but are not necessary. Credit control experience is more important for this role
- Reduced the number of aged debtors and overdue amount total
- Established good customer relationships
- Able to collaborate with and support the other finance team members
- £15.00 - £16.00 per hour depending on experience
- Option to join the Private healthcare scheme
