Credit Controller

Hours of Work: 12 hours per week; we are flexible with when you work the 12 hours within a Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (08:00-13:00 on Fridays) office environment.

• Running aged debtor reports and chasing customers for overdue amounts
• Handling customer invoice queries
• Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
• Reviewing and maintaining payment terms in SAGE
• Conducting customer account reviews, sending reminders, and communicating via phone calls and emails
• Collaborating with a small, friendly finance team

• Good experience with credit control
• Previous experience in a financial role
• Be comfortable making and receiving a high volume of customer calls
• Qualifications may be beneficial but are not necessary. Credit control experience is more important for this role

• Reduced the number of aged debtors and overdue amount total
• Established good customer relationships
• Able to collaborate with and support the other finance team members

• £15.00 - £16.00 per hour depending on experience
• Option to join the Private healthcare scheme
