Financial Reporting Manager

Salary: Up to £80,000 (Depending on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Reporting Manager to join our finance team. This pivotal role will lead the preparation, consolidation and review of both Group and Company financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance and insightful analysis to support business decisions. You will work closely with finance teams across the organisation and play a key part in driving best practice reporting processes.

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of Group and Company internal and external financial reports across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review covenant reporting to ensure compliance with lender requirements and maintain strong relationships with external financiers.
• Own year-end management and statutory reporting packs, including consolidated financial statements under IFRS/FRS 101/FRS 102/Local GAAP and Group and Company accounting policies.
• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting matters, including new accounting standards, acquisitions, disposals and policy changes.
• Assist in drafting, updating and maintaining accounting policies to ensure alignment with current standards, regulatory requirements, and Group and Company best practices.
• Analyse financial and business data to ensure accuracy, consistency and actionable insights.
• Support integration of acquired entities into Group and Company reporting processes and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, tools and controls.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across finance teams to ensure consistent reporting practices and resolution of accounting issues.
• Lead ad hoc reporting projects and special initiatives as required by the Financial Controller, Finance Director or CFO.

• Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong experience with Group and Company consolidations and multi-entity reporting.
• Proficiency in D365 or other ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
