We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our Credit Control team. As a Credit Controller, you will gain hands‑on experience in managing customer accounts, supporting debt collection activities, and contributing to the companys cash flow performance. Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you will develop key skills in communication, financial administration, data analysis, and customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Part Of Your Day-to-day, Youll
- Support the management of a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Assist in the timely and professional collection of outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic customer records.
- Respond to customer queries and assist in resolving disputes efficiently.
- Process transactions in line with company procedures.
- Support the monitoring of credit terms and limits.
- Assist with reporting on credit performance and identifying potential risks.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Requirements- A genuine interest in developing a career in finance or credit control.
- Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Previous credit control or accounts receivable experience, ideally within a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to manage collection calls professionally.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and other computer systems.
- Ability to work to deadlines and remain professional under pressure.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Work Hours:
