Machine Tool Service Engineer

We are seeking an electrically biased Service Engineer to join our team, focusing on clients within the Northwest (Manchester and Lancashire) area. While an electrical bias is preferred, we are open to candidates with a balancedmechanical and electrical skill set, provided they possess expert-level knowledge of CNC controls.

Requirements & Experience

* Technical Expertise:
Proficient in Heidenhain, Siemens, and Fanuc CNC Machine Tool Controls.

* Customer Relations: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing field service role.

* Location:

Must be based within or able to easily commute throughout the Northwest region.

Compensation & Hours

* Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

* Door-to-Door Pay:
Engineers are paid for all travel time.

* Standard Week: 38 hours.

* Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00

* Friday: 08:00 – 12:00

* Overtime Rates:

* Weekdays (outside core hours): 1.33x

* Saturdays: 1.5x

* Sundays:
Double Time
