This advanced manufacturing business is looking for a Stress Engineer on a 12‑month contract to work in Samlesbury. The position is a hybrid 3‑4 day per week onsite role focusing on the F35 programme.
Responsibilities- Analyse design changes for F35 structural components.
- Validate analysis against test results.
- Support clearance of non‑conformances on the shop floor.
- Assist in the clearance of in‑service repairs.
- Work collaboratively within a team of two or more Engineers.
- Strong knowledge of stress analysis methods for lightweight airframe structures.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis is desirable.
- Familiarity with CATIA design environment.
- Competitive pay at £65.75 per hour (inside or umbrella).
