Full time - 37hrs per week

You will be required to teach across a range of Hospitality courses at a variety of levels including chocolate, patisserie, hot and cold desserts and bakery. You will also fulfill the role of a personal tutor. You will also be expected to share in the development and progress of the curriculum in the Centre and to assist in building links with relevant employers.

You may be required to act as course leader on programmes within Hospitality.

What are we looking for?

You should have a relevant Level 3 or above qualification or professional equivalent and a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards this (to achieve within 2 years of appointment). You will have experience of working in Hospitality and of working in chocolate, patisserie, hot and cold desserts and bakery.

You should have experience of working within theage group as well as experience of working in Hospitality, especially in chocolate, patisserie, hot and cold desserts and bakery.

Experience of delivering qualifications on Hospitality courses is desirable
