Position: Primary Teacher (QTS) &ndash
Humly is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher (QTS) to join a welcoming primary school in Blackburn.
This is a full-time role, starting 19th January 2026 and continuing through the Spring and Summer terms until 17th July 2026, providing continuity and stability within the classroom.
The role is based in Year 4, offering an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment where pupils can thrive. Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Be Doing
 
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
 
* Supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development
 
* Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
 
* Assessing learning and adapting teaching to meet pupil needs
 
* Working collaboratively with a supportive staff team

Pay Structure
 
* Supply:
From £120 per day
 
* Long-term (AWR):
From £168.80 per day (M1)
(ECTs will be paid at M1 once AWR applies)
