The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team, acting as a key point of contact for clients and customers. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to providing a professional and empathetic service. This dynamic position includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:
Maintaining professional communication with customers Efficiently reviewing and updating data on both internal systems and client portals Skilfully scheduling, managing, and reviewing appointments in a timely manner Safely handling sensitive data related to customer orders Effectively addressing and resolving queries and complaints Updating the customer service database and generating reports for management
