Meridian are working with a well‑established M&E contractor as they grow their commercial team in their Preston office with the hire of a Mechanical Estimator. If you're looking to join a commercial contractor with an excellent reputation and strong foundation of clients across the North‑west, then this opportunity is perfect for you. Typical contracts include offices, hotels, schools, prisons, MoD's, high‑security projects, and leisure centres etc.

Requirements for the role:

• Prior knowledge of pricing commercial MEP building services on a variety of projects
