About the role:We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Real Estate & Brand Coordinator to join our Property Team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. In this maternity cover role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our estate continues to grow and operate smoothly.
You’ll provide administrative and coordination support across multiple areas of the team, with a particular focus on acquisitions, brand approvals, financial administration, and estate management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who brings strong organisation, initiative, and a proactive mindset, delivering high‑quality work that keeps operations running seamlessly.
What you’ll do:- Play a key role in supporting the Acquisitions team, providing administrative and coordination support to help drive the delivery of new development sites and property acquisitions.
- Support the approval process with brand partners, preparing organised board approval packs where required.
- Attend meetings and pull together clear, concise information that enables regular updates to brand partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to keep property‑related processes running smoothly and efficiently.
- Take ownership of financial administration tasks, including invoice processing and raising purchase orders (POs) in line with internal procedures.
- Provide day‑to‑day estate administration support, ensuring the property estate is well‑managed and information is always up to date.
- Work directly with the Estates Surveyor to support effective estate management maintaining records, tracking actions, and contributing to ongoing estate activity.
- Build and maintain clear, professional, and positive communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the highest levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism across all aspects of the role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with some knowledge of Microsoft D365 and a good understanding of Excel
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy across all administrative and financial tasks.
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
