Job Description
Seeking HVAC technican to work on commercial project.
HVAC Technician Duties
- Report to superintendent of the project
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems on commercial project.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings to plan.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing effective solutions.
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet local, state, and national HVAC codes and regulations.
- Valid HVAC license with minimum 2 years experience.
- Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
- You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Must have commercial experience on a large project.
