Job Description:
Looking for a skilled Licensed Plumber to work on a commercial project
Responsibilities:
- Report with the superintendent of the project.
- Install plumbing systems for a commercial project.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet local plumbing codes and regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid plumbing license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed plumber.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
