Sales Development Rep/SDR, Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team in the United States of America. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. Technical assistance will be provided by the headquarters in The Netherlands.

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information by email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.

- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Reporting the lead/sales progress weekly to the management.
Your profile:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, finance, or equivalent
- Experience in relevant position
- Experience in technical product sales
- Confidence in cold calling to fill the sales funnel
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- well-organized
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Hands-on mentality, open to new challenges and opportunities
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
