Role Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Grow sales through repeat customers, increased sales, and profitability.
• Make informed suggestions for food and beverages.
• Deliver ordered items, maintain dining room cleanliness, and process payments promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and teamwork.
• Take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Accept and process customer payments accurately.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and cash handling policies.
• Complete opening, shift, and closing duties.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Upsell liquor or food options when appropriate.
• Maintain stocked server stations and ensure table maintenance.
• Assist as needed for a smooth customer experience.
• Report safety issues immediately.
• Maintain valid food handler and alcohol certifications.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Report non-routine situations to management.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Constant walking, standing, stooping, reaching.
• Manual dexterity.
