Roadway Design Engineer; PE

This company is a growing engineering services firm with deep connections in Oklahoma and Texas, building out its transportation division. The role is hybrid in either OKC or Tulsa and is full‑time with full benefits.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience with Open Roads, Micro Station and related design programs.
• Familiarity with relevant computer software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to collaborate with government clients including various DOTs.
• Civil Engineering Design skills, especially in roadway and bridge design and storm sewer design.
• Professional Engineering License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Transportation Engineering Design Experience.
• Effective communication skills to work with team members and clients.
• Project management skills, especially in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Manage work assignments for Junior Engineers, CAD technicians and other support staff.

• Collaborate with government clients and team members on transportation projects.
• Design roadway, bridge, and storm sewer systems using Open Roads, Micro Station, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate Junior Engineers, CAD technicians, and support staff on assignments.
• Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
