Ready Mix Truck Driver-CDL

Kost Materials is seeking qualified ready-mix truck drivers for ALL locations.

Relocation packages and Per-Diem options available.

We have the ability to train to obtain your CDL.

Ready-Mix Trucker Driver

The ready-mix truck driver is responsible for delivering concrete to job sites, following all safety and operational guidelines. This position also evaluates concrete for quality and size according to the ticket. Also, this position maintains courteous customer relations and any other duties as instructed by supervisor.

• Conduct a thorough safety inspection daily and fill out required paperwork.
• Complete deliveries of concrete in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Make sure correct material and weight is loaded in the truck.
• Communicate repair and safety issues to supervisor and/or mechanic.
• Maintain performance objectives throughout the day.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of operating experience.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Current Class B CDL with no suspensions, failure to appear, etc.
• Valid medical card.
• Frequently lift 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended time, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing and balancing.
