Environmental Compliance
Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day‑to‑day work routine for self and others. Ensures the company adheres to local, state, and federal regulations regarding motor vehicle compliance. Executes and carries out the license and titling program for MDU Utilities Group. Monitors and evaluates DOT and ANSI inspections, and is responsible for timely reporting and submission of DOT fleet reporting including IRP, IFTA, OR PUC, 2290 tax form maintenance, UCR, FMCA, and other applicable DOT updates.
Responsible for record maintenance of all compliance documentation including new registrations, titles, renewals, inspections, and related records. Prepares and submits requests for checks and related documentation to internal departments.
- Must possess a working knowledge of compliance, accounting, or DOT experience at a level normally acquired through completion of an associate's degree in a business or office related discipline or equivalent experience
- Two years' work experience in related field.
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber‑attack, damage or unauthorized access.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsor ships considered.
- Subject to pre‑employment drug testing and background checks.
- Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prior DOT/DMV related experience.
- JDE or other enterprise accounting systems experience.
Offers typically range between $57,110 - $71,390.
