Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in Bismarck, ND, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads, and building lasting relationships. The role involves presenting tailored health insurance solutions to businesses, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and providing ongoing support to clients. The Sales Associate will also stay informed about industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of health insurance, employee benefits, and compliance guidelines
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with a customer‑focused approach
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in sales or health insurance is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Possession of relevant licensure or ability to obtain state‑required insurance license
