Location: North Dakota

Summit Financial is seeking motivated Outside Sales Specialists to build strong relationships with local businesses and help them address real-world needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, people-oriented, and interested in long-term career growth within a supportive sales organization.

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify business needs and offer practical solutions

• Start the day by reviewing goals, schedules, and priorities
• Travel locally to meet with business owners and decision-makers
• Have one-on-one conversations to understand challenges and opportunities
• Present solutions tailored to each business’s needs
• Follow up with current clients to strengthen relationships
• Track progress, update notes, and plan next steps
• Participate in team check-ins or training to continue developing skills

Each day includes a mix of independence and collaboration. While the role requires self-discipline and consistency, you’ll have ongoing support, coaching, and clear expectations.
