• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
• Operate customer and lot vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Pick up and deliver customer's vehicles in the Bismarck, Mandan area
• Find customer's vehicles on the lot and bring them to the service entrance
• Help technicians move vehicles on the lot and in the shop

• Demonstrated superior customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once
