• Own full store operations—from sales and profit to safety and appearance
• Recruit, train, inspire, and develop your team for success
• Ensure smooth flow of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor
• Foster a safe, welcoming environment for both customers and associates

• 5+ years of retail management experience with proven leadership success
• Strong operational and business acumen
• Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
