Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process cash and credit transactions accurately. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations. Restock inventory, monitor product levels, and assist with inventory counts. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of concession areas, including food prep surfaces, equipment, and dining areas. Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the concession area. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor promptly. Work cooperatively with other park staff to ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot or humid conditions, especially in outdoor or semi-outdoor concession areas
- Minimum age of 18
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Food Handler's Permit or Serv Safe Certification may be required
- Valid Driver's License and 5 years-experience driving a Class A/B/C RV
- Motor Vehicle Record - if extended an offer
