The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver high‑quality, compassionate care to our residents while adhering to established clinical standards and practices. Responsibilities include administering medications, providing treatments, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring accurate documentation of care. The RN will play a key role in educating residents and their families on health‑related matters and maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Bismarck, ND.

• Proficiency in clinical nursing practices, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring patient health conditions
• Strong abilities in medical documentation, record‑keeping, and adherence to regulatory standards
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to foster a compassionate and supportive environment
• Demonstrates effective problem‑solving and critical thinking in patient care settings
• Active RN license in the state of North Dakota (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date)
• CPR/AED certification and familiarity with elder care best practices
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, geriatric care, or long‑term care is a plus
