Job Description:

Registered Nurse required for the Psychiatric unit to provide care for adolescents and adults with common diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, psychosis, and behavioral disorders.
Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care for patients with psychiatric needs.
Collaborate with mental health techs, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Assist with 15-minute rounds and provide patient care proactively.
Requirements:
Current BLS Certification
Workplace Violence Prevention Certification
Acute/inpatient or state hospital experience
Strong de-escalation and communication skills
