Responsibilities

  • Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
  • Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care
  • Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care
  • Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, AACN, ACEN, and NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
