CHI St. Alexius is looking for RN to join the Multi Specialty Clinic Team!

RNs with CHI St. Alexius function as vital members of the healthcare team, demonstrating patient focus, effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork. This individual will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families.

• Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities, including documentation, patient care, and interdepartmental communication.
• Demonstrate knowledge of unit standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs to facilitate proper patient placement and assignments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, promoting effective communication strategies to meet inter- and intradepartmental needs.
• Actively role model and coach behaviors associated with leadership and assist others in developing their skills and knowledge.
• Successfully complete defined job‑specific competencies, including age‑specific competencies as appropriate.

Demonstrate ability to organize personnel assignments and activities for overall unit benefit. Working knowledge of clinical skills in patient care delivery and proficiency in unit function during crisis. Basic Life Support Certification within the orientation period and meets re‑certification as required.

Education: Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.

Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state.

Experience: At least two (2) years clinical experience within specialty area preferred.

Pay Range: $26.14 - $36.91/hour
