Your Impact On Our Telemetry Team

As a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry Medical-Surgical Unit, you’ll be a vital guardian of our patients’ cardiac and overall health. You will:

• Master Telemetry Monitoring:
  Assess and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition.
• Provide Advanced Medical Care:
  Manage complex medical conditions, administer medications, perform wound care, and deliver holistic care to a diverse patient population.
• Be a Critical Responder:
  Use strong assessment skills to identify and address emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with Excellence:
  Partner with physicians, cardiologists, specialists, and the care team to deliver integrated, high-quality care.

What We're Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications):

• Education:
  
  A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Licensure:
  Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Experience:
  
  While new grads are welcome, we especially seek RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty.
• Certification:
  Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months.

Essential Skills
: A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and a commitment to patient safety.
