As a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry Medical-Surgical Unit, you’ll be a vital guardian of our patients’ cardiac and overall health. You’ll apply your specialized skills and compassion every day to:
- Master Telemetry Monitoring:
Expertly assess and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition. - Provide Advanced Medical Care:

What We're Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications!)
- Education:
A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning! - Licensure:
Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state. - Experience:
While new grads are welcome, we’re especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty. - Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire). ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months.
