** Your Role in Our Life-Saving Symphony:*
* As an Inpatient Surgical Unit RN, you'll be the linchpin of our patients' recovery. You'll skillfully monitor post-op conditions, administer medications with precision, manage wound care, educate patients and families, and anticipate potential complications. Your keen observation, swift action, and unwavering compassion will directly influence positive outcomes.

** Work Agreement:
** 12 hour shifts

Rotating day and night shift

Every third weekend Two holidays per year

* Education:

** A solid foundation from an approved school of nursing. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a definite plus - it shows your dedication to excellence!

Ready to roll in North Dakota? A valid Registered Nurse license in North Dakota, or a compact state, is required. If you're a Graduate Nurse (G.N.), you'll be supervised by an RN until your work authorization is secured.
