Weekly Hours: 40.00

Responsible for the administration of anesthesia. Administers anesthesia or sedation to patients undergoing a variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures. Develops and conducts pre-anesthetic plans for patients, and writes orders before, during, and after procedures. Collaborates with healthcare providers caring for the patient. Communicates with patients, family members, and the healthcare team. Evaluates and orders diagnostic tests as needed. Monitors patients, including hemodynamic monitoring, adjusting appropriately with the anesthesia plan.

Capable of working with patients of all ages and developmental needs.

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited educational program in a relevant advanced practice area.
• Masters, DNP, or Ph.D. preferred.
• Current unencumbered licensure as a CRNA in the state(s) of practice, with multi-state licensure privileges as applicable.
• CRNA certification through NBCRNA.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.
• ACLS certification preferred.
