Full-Time, Part-Time And PRN (as Needed) Shifts Available- Day Shift Opportunities: 6:00am - 2:30pm

- Night Shift Opportunities: 10:30pm-7:00am

- Weekend PRN: 1 weekend per month with more shifts available
- Weekday PRN: 1 shift per week
Assessment of resident conditions, coordination and supervision of care, documentation using electronic medical records, communication with residents, families, and physicians, and supervision of CNAs.
Duties- Responsible for all nursing care aspects for assigned residents and unit, including admissions, transfers, discharges, and deaths.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor nutritional status, and communicate with physicians and families about resident conditions.
- Supervise and direct CNAs, ensure compliance with policies, participate in problem-solving, and uphold resident rights and confidentiality.
- Stay current with nursing knowledge through ongoing education and training.
- PICC line care, blood draws, injections, PEG tube management, IV care, blood sugar monitoring, catheter care, wound care, drain management, end-of-life care, and electronic documentation.
- Completed educational and testing requirements for licensure.
- Currently licensed as an RN.
- New graduates welcome.
- Successful background check, drug test, and certification verification required.
