The Nursing Assistant (NA) provides resident‑centered care and daily living assistance under RN supervision. Responsibilities include bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital sign monitoring, meal assistance, transfer support, range‑of‑motion exercises, food prep, housekeeping, and participation in recreational programs. The position covers every other weekend 8‑hour day shifts.

• Assist residents with personal care activities (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and record vital signs; document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Support resident mobility and relocating using proper techniques.
• Prepare and serve meals; provide water and supplements.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment; assist with laundry.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to charge nurse.
• Assist nursing staff with procedures; participate in committees as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16.
• Prior CNA experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Must obtain Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification within four months of hire.
• Complete yearly competency testing and maintain 12+ hours of continuing education annually.
• May be required to hold UAP Registry status in applicable states.
• Possible driver license/vehicle requirement per facility.
