Job Description:

** POSITION PURPOSE*
* This is a temporary position that provides general labor assistance to the headquarters Facilities staff. This position may have to work various hours due to different schedules.

** ESSENTIAL DUTIES*
* + Perform general laborer work, clean up, and upkeep around the headquarters site.

+ Responsible to mow and perform ground maintenance.

+ Assist with moving office furniture, as requested.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*
* + Must be at least 18 years.

+ A high school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSED).

+ A valid Driver's license.

+ This position may have to work various hours due to different schedules.

** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*
* + Enrollment as a full-time student in a post-secondary degree program.

** PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS*

+ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal / written instructions.

+ The incumbent may operate any of the following: trucks, lawn mower, snow blower, and small hand tools and equipment.

** Wage: $18 per hour*
