Position Title:
Operation & Maintenance Coordinator (10 Month) - Close January 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Salary: $50,000
Summary Of Duties- Inspect buildings and facilities for needed services and repairs.
- Perform minor repair work to facilities.
- Maintain building interiors and exteriors as needed.
- Repair facility equipment and structures.
- Perform light general maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, electrical tasks, plumbing repairs, plugged drains, and appliance repair.
- Follow proper UTTC procurement policies and procedures.
- Request supplies or materials to maintain inventory and ensure availability of required items.
- Ensure grounds keeping of campus is in good condition and meets safety measurements for students and staff.
- Perform custodial duties as necessary.
- Maintain annual MAXIMO certification to stay compliant with BIE requirements.
- Identify, submit, and track all work orders through UTTC and input in MAXIMO.
- Monitor abatement plan and support UTTC facilities department with TJES repairs.
- Monitor and maintain TJES operations and maintenance budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Custodian/Bus Driver
- This position is salaried, and hours are expected to be available during school operation, with hours outside of school necessary at times including early morning, or later afternoon hours.
- This position is 10 months and does require work to be completed in the summer months.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb a ladder and work at heights up to 20 ft or higher.
- Must be able to stand or bend for hours at a time.
- Must be competent with hand and power tools.
- High School Diploma required; associate's or trade certification preferred.
- At least five (5) years of experience with related skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under UTTC’s insurance carrier.
- Must be able to obtain OSHA 10 card within 90 days of beginning employment.
- Specific knowledge-based competencies required to perform the functions of the job to satisfaction including methods, techniques, materials, and tools used to maintain buildings and meet building codes.

- Ability to work under pressure when needed.
- Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and decision-making skills.
