Job Description

Lead a team that serves as the central product resource and driving force for product strategy, design, development, testing, quality, and go-to-market activities as products move from conception through launch and ongoing lifecycle management. Organize and align cross-functional activities to ensure delivery on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.

This role operates in a fast-paced environment where strategic decisions and decisive execution drive business impact.

  • Define and execute product vision and strategy, aligning with company objectives and market trends while translating it into a clear, actionable roadmap
  • Make data-driven prioritization decisions balancing customer value, revenue impact, and platform direction
  • Drive research initiatives to uncover market trends, inform solution positioning, and identify high-value opportunities
  • Collaborate with key customers, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to validate strategy and solve critical business challenges
  • Ensure operational excellence across product processes, metrics, and delivery, fostering consistency and efficiency

As with any product management role, roadmap responsibilities, prioritization and cross-functional collaboration is an integral part. We are looking for a candidate with impeccable communication and presentation skills.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
