• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
• Assist with mobility and positioning of residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures

• Current certification as a Certified Nurses Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
