The Bank Management Program is crafted to help you make a smooth transition from college graduate to a pivotal leadership role in banking. This 20‑month program offers a structured path to develop your skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities through rotational job tracks.

  Progress through various areas of the organization, gaining foundational knowledge, leadership insight and hands‑on application. Departmental rotations include:
  • Retail, Customer Care, Operations, Internal Audit, Credit, Compliance, IT, Trust & Wealth, Finance and Risk
• Accelerated Leadership Training: Designed to ignite your leadership journey with an intensive training program that blends skill‑building workshops, real‑world projects, and immersive, hands‑on experience. Equipping you with expertise to drive strategic initiatives and lead effectively
• Values Focused: Incorporating our core values of ICARE (Integrity, Community Focus, Accountability, Respect and Entrepreneurial Spirit), each rotation empowers you to embody these values and integrate them into your daily work

• Candidates must be hardworking, motivated individuals with superior customer service skills
• Must have a four‑year business‑related degree
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Strong analytical ability
