• Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters. Partner one‑on‑one with healthcare professionals at inventory events, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work is a plus. No inventory experience? No problem – bring discipline and we’ll train the rest.
• Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office or sales environment.
• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
• Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

The position requires frequent travel by car and occasionally by air, standing for prolonged periods, using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling or crouching when accessing lower shelves, using a step stool, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
