Lincoln Repair has been in business since 2018 and is the area’s largest independent automotive repair shop.
This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday, 7:45AM - 5:30PM.

- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Build, and maintain strong relationships with customers and fellow team members to establish trust and loyalty.
- Learn the Lincoln Repair Way and use that knowledge to help the office and shop run smoothly.
- Be willing to learn, and ultimately become, a Service Advisor.
- Greet walk-in customers.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Complete Daily, Weekly, and Monthly housekeeping duties for the office and shop such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathroom, empty used oil containers, empty shop garbages, refill washer fluid satellite jugs, etc.
- Complete Quality Control (QC) Process on all vehicles using our QC Procedure Checklist.
- Be able to test drive vehicles.
- Be able to use a torque wrench.
- Valid Driver License.
- Clean driving record (be able to be covered by our company auto insurance.)
- Be able to use a commercial phone system.
- Proficient with typing and using a computer.
- Be able to have a system to keep yourself organized and accomplish tasks in priority order.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
If you have experience in the Auto industry that would be wonderful, but it is not a requirement.
