Position OverviewWe are seeking a Geotechnical Business Class Lead to oversee deep foundation design and construction, develop a cohesive geotechnical community in the southeast US, and represent HDR to clients. The role involves building relationships across business groups, developing technical expertise, and supporting strategic growth. Responsibilities include staff management, project leadership, marketing, and training.
Primary Responsibilities- PE registration in AL, FL, MS, SC, and TN within 6 months.
- Master's in Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Expertise in foundation design, soil and rock mechanics, and geotechnical software.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional registration and leadership experience.
