- May to Jul are call/clinic/scheduled surgeries or if the internal provider is on vacation, the provider would need to cover both clinic & call;
Late Jul & onwards are weekend calls only.

- Assist permanent provider with call & clinic - Clinic is located in the hospital Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements:
Active ND License or willing to obtain BC/BE in Urology (If BE: Must be within 5 yrs post residency) DEA Case Logs Self-Query NPDB report (dated within 30 days)
